Q. Are your photos protected by copyrights?
A. Yes, every image on this website including the website itself is protected by copyrights. Please do not download the images for use on other websites or any other printed, multimedia, or other types of use without permission. Doing so violates copyright law. and it’s not fair to those have paid to use these, and other images by Howard Holley Photography.
Many people don’t realize the time, expense, effort and skill that it takes to provide images like those found on this web site, and others.

A. (3504 x 2336) respectively.

Q. Are the images digital captures or scans from film?
A. Most images are D-SLR 8MP captures. There are many film scans also.

Q. How are the digital images delivered?
A. Either via FTP, CD, DVD or for low res images, e-mail. Once payment is received via PayPal, Check, Money Order or cash then the image will be compressed and uploaded. An account will be created for you and you will have access to download the image or images there.

Q. How long will it take to receive the photos?
A. In most cases, the images will be available the same day or within 24 hours.

Q. I am part of a nonprofit organization, are there discounts for nonprofit or educational use of your images?
A. That depends. Are you paying an ad agency or other firm to design your campaign or presentation and is there a budget amount included for photography? Will you be selling ads or ad space in your presentation? If everyone including the designers are heavily discounting their services then Howard Holley Photography may offer to provide a discount and extend licensing.
